Bambu Lab PLA 1.75 mm — three finishes, dozens of colors

Bambu Lab PLA comes in three variants: PLA Basic (easy printing, wide color range, AMS Ready), PLA Matte (matte finish with no gloss, ideal for presentation models), and PLA Silk+ (silky metallic sheen — Gold, Silver, Rose Gold and more). 1.75 mm, tolerance ±0.03 mm.

PLA prints at 190–230°C with no heated bed or enclosure. Biodegradable, low odor, easy to post-process. Compatible with Bambu Lab AMS for multi-color printing.

FAQ

What is the difference between PLA Basic and PLA Matte?

PLA Basic has a standard slightly glossy finish. PLA Matte produces a flat matte surface — layer lines are less visible and prints look professional without post-processing.

What is PLA Silk+?

PLA Silk+ gives prints a metallic sheen (Gold, Silver, Rose Gold etc.) without painting. Better layer adhesion and less stringing than standard Silk.

Is Bambu Lab PLA compatible with Prusa and Creality printers?

Yes — 1.75 mm standard works with all FDM printers. RFID and AMS profiles only work on Bambu Lab printers, but the filament is fully compatible with any 1.75 mm extruder.
