V-Wheels — precision linear motion on V-Slot profiles

V-Wheels are the heart of the V-Slot linear motion system. Made from durable Delrin (POM) with built-in 625ZZ bearings, they ride in the profile’s V-groove with minimal friction and zero play. The standard V-Wheel has a 24 mm diameter and fits all V-Slot profiles with a 6 mm groove. The Mini V-Wheel (15.23 mm diameter) is designed for compact applications.

The V-Wheel system provides linear motion without lubrication, maintenance or adjustment — the wheels run quietly and smoothly for thousands of hours. Wheel tension is adjusted with an eccentric spacer, allowing you to eliminate play down to hundredths of a millimeter. BSV-SLOT offers V-Wheels individually and in kits with bearings, precision shims and eccentric spacers.
