V-Wheels — precision linear motion on V-Slot profiles
V-Wheels są sercem systemu ruchu liniowego V-Slot. Wykonane z trwałego Delrin (POM) z wbudowanymi łożyskami 625ZZ, poruszają się w rowku V profilu z minimalnym tarciem i bez luzu. Standardowe V-Wheel ma średnicę 24 mm i pasuje do wszystkich profili V-Slot z rowkiem 6 mm. Mini V-Wheel (średnica 15.23 mm) jest przeznaczone do zastosowań kompaktowych.
The V-Wheel system provides linear motion without lubrication, maintenance or adjustment — the wheels run quietly and smoothly for thousands of hours. Wheel tension is adjusted with an eccentric spacer, allowing you to eliminate play down to hundredths of a millimeter. BSV-SLOT offers V-Wheels individually and in kits with bearings, precision shims and eccentric spacers.
