The V-Slot 20×80 profile is the most robust profile in the V-Slot family. Ten V-grooves (four on each 80 mm face, one on each 20 mm face) provide excellent guidance for V-Wheel wheels on wide axes. Ideal as a load-bearing beam in CNC gantries, X-axes of gantry mills, and automation systems requiring minimal deflection.
The 20×80 mm cross-section offers an exceptional moment of inertia while maintaining compatibility with the OpenBuilds ecosystem. Available in silver and black anodized versions, cut to size from 200 to 3000 mm with an accuracy of ±0,5 mm.
