T-Slot Profiles — the industrial standard for aluminum construction
T-Slot profiles are the most widely used aluminum profile system in the world. The T-shaped groove (8 or 10 mm, depending on the series) allows hammer nuts and spring nuts to be inserted anywhere along the profile — no drilling, tapping or welding needed. It is a modular system for building frames, machine guards, production workstations and laboratory structures.
The BSV-SLOT catalog includes T-Slot profiles from the compact 30×30 mm up to the industrial 45×45 mm with a 10 mm slot. Every profile conforms to the European dimensional standard, ensuring compatibility with accessories from leading manufacturers. We cut to length, black anodize and deliver with deburred ends — ready for immediate assembly.
