The V-Slot 20×40 aluminum profile is the most popular size in projects requiring greater rigidity than the basic 20×20. Two parallel V grooves on the longer side create a wide base for guiding V-Wheel wheels, which significantly reduces play and vibrations.
Ideal as a Y-axis in 3D printers (Ender, Voron, RatRig) and as the main rail in lightweight CNC milling machines. The 20×40 mm cross-section offers four T mounting slots and a central ⌅4,2 mm hole. We cut to size from 200 to 3000 mm with a tolerance of ± 0.5 mm.
