T-nuts & bolts
Hammer nuts & bolts — the foundation of profile assembly
T-nuts are the basic fastening element in the aluminum profile system. Inserted into the T or V slot, they allow any component to be mounted at any position — no drilling, tapping or welding required. BSV-SLOT offers hammer nuts (inserted from the side), spring nuts (inserted anywhere after assembly) and slide nuts for precise positioning.
We also supply matching bolts with button head, countersunk and flat head in sizes M3, M4, M5, M6 and M8. All bolts are made from Grade 8.8 steel or A2 stainless steel with anti-corrosion coating. A complete set of nuts and bolts means you can start building as soon as your profiles arrive — no hunting for matching hardware at the bolt shop.
