BSV square aluminium tubes are hollow profiles made from EN AW-6060 T5 alloy — excellent for both outdoor and indoor applications. We offer three cross-sections: 20×20 mm (2 mm wall), 40×40 mm (4 mm wall) and 80×80 mm (3 mm wall). Aluminium is 3× lighter than steel, does not rust and requires no maintenance — ideal for fencing, pergolas, railings and patio covers.
Each tube is cut precisely to size from 200 to 3000 mm in 100 mm increments, with ±1 mm tolerance and 90° cut angle. Ready to assemble by MIG/TIG welding, drilling, riveting or structural bonding. 24h shipping across Europe.
