A practical set of end caps for an aluminum blind profile of the mullion type, made using 3D printing technology from PETG material. The end caps are intended for aesthetically finishing the ends of the profile and protecting its interior.
The set includes 2 end caps:
- 1 × right end cap
- 1 × left end cap
The end caps have been designed specifically for a blind profile of the mullion type with a cross-section of 48 × 29 mm.
PETG is a material characterized by good mechanical strength and impact resistance, which is why it works well in the production of functional utility components.
Black color provides an aesthetic and universal finish that matches well with aluminum profiles used in outdoor structures.
Simple press-fit installation
The end cap is pressed directly into the aluminum profile. It does not require screws, glue, or additional mounting elements. Thanks to its fitted design, it can be installed quickly and, if necessary, also removed.
This is a convenient solution for aesthetically finishing the ends of the profile and protecting its interior from dust and dirt.
The product is made on a 3D printer, therefore individual pieces may differ slightly in surface appearance, which is a natural characteristic of 3D printing technology.
