Super Lube 51014 Synthetic Oil with PTFE – 7 ml

The same multi-purpose synthetic PTFE oil as the workshop bottle, supplied in a bottle with a long, precise tip. It lets you place a drop exactly where it belongs, without spillage and without stripping the mechanism down.

Sized for a 3D printer service

Servicing the Y-axis rods uses a few drops per quarter. Seven millilitres covers several years of regular maintenance, and the bottle fits in the drawer next to the printer instead of taking up shelf space in the workshop.

Remember the rule many users do not know: the X-axis carbon rods are neither oiled nor greased — their bearings are self-lubricating, and any lubricant attracts dust onto them. Clean them with isopropyl alcohol only.
