Assembly kit for aluminum fencing

A practical set designed for building modern fence panels. The kit includes key components for preparing a panel installed between posts made of 40×40 mm profile.

Kit contents

• 2 × 40×40 mm aluminum post — compatible with profiles with a width of 20 mm
• 2 × top cap (right/left set) — protection for the upper part of the post
• 2 × side cap (aluminum) — closing the side openings

40×40 mm aluminum post

• Adapted for installing 20×100, 20×150, and 20×200 mm horizontal profiles
• Lightweight, corrosion-resistant, easy to machine
• Can be mounted to other posts (e.g. 40×40, 80×80 mm) — for building corners or connections between different types of fencing
• Can be screwed to concrete blocks, stone blocks, or foundations — mounting holes and the flat surface of the profile make durable installation easier

Top caps (PET-G)

• Material: PET-G — resistant to UV radiation and moisture
• Dimensions: 40 × 40 mm
• Installation: press-fit, optionally can be glued
• The set includes 1 right and 1 left cap

Side caps (aluminum)

• Precisely fitted to the side openings of the post
• Made of aluminum
• Protect the inside of the profile from dust and moisture
